I am a governance, risk, and people-development professional with over a decade of experience helping organisations strengthen accountability, manage uncertainty, and build capable, ethical leaders.

As the Founder & CEO of Redric Consulting and PrimePulse, my work sits at the intersection of Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Compliance, and Soft Skills development. I support boards, management teams, and professionals to move beyond compliance and build systems, cultures, and behaviours that actually work.

My approach is practical and human centred. I help organisations design robust audit and risk frameworks, while also developing the communication, leadership, and mindset skills required to make those frameworks effective in real life. From public sector institutions to private enterprises, my work focuses on clarity, impact, and long-term value.

I am a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), a Technical Specialist in Risk Management (SIRM –UK), and a Member of the Institute of Directors, Ghana. I also facilitate training, speak at professional forums, and work closely with senior leaders and emerging professionals across Africa.

Through Redric Consulting, I deliver audit, risk, compliance, and governance advisory
services. Through PrimePulse, I lead practical soft-skills and leadership programmes designed for today’s workplace and the age of AI.
